Three instructions exist. No more can be added. The epoch length, base issuance and supply cap were compiled into the program. They cannot be altered by me or by anyone else.
Upgrade authority is burned. No admin key exists. No path to adding one was ever built.
If the cap was set badly, it stays badly set for as long as the program runs. That was accepted deliberately.
A parameter that can be adjusted eventually will be — usually at the worst possible moment, by whoever is most frightened.
What immutability buys you is not trust in me. It is the ability to stop thinking about me entirely.
Every figure comes from public state and deterministic math. Anyone can verify it without permission and without taking my word for it. If something is wrong, it is wrong in a way you can prove in about a minute.
